Hungry
We don’t wait for permission or perfect conditions. We look for people who want it badly enough to be uncomfortable for a summer.
Fortune favorsthe bold.
Fortune isn’t inherited here.
It gets earned on a doorstep. By people who bet on themselves, who knock the next door after the last one said no, and who work when nobody is watching.
For those still looking for their shot, earn it.
For those who’ve already proved themselves, own what comes next.
Your future isn’t given.
It’s built.
01The pay plan
Opportunity should reward the people who create it.
Every milestone raises your rate on everything you’ve already sold — rewarding the effort, the persistence, and the results that got you there.
Drag the slider. See the whole ladder before you knock a door.
$300,000
Clear $350,000 and your rate jumps to 46% — that’s $128,800.
Your earnings
$105,600
Earnings shown are commission on personal sales volume with an estimated 80% account retention applied. They illustrate the pay plan and are not a guarantee of income. Results vary by individual performance.
You can build
someone else’s
fortune.

I’ve been in direct sales for 17 years and I’ve loved every part of it. Nothing prepares you for life like sales — the hard work, the discipline, the emotional intelligence, the leadership. It turns people who thought they never had a chance into lifetime millionaires.
But not every sales company is built the same. In 17 years I’ve watched reps get mistreated, taken advantage of, and used. Fortune is built to put the incentive back in the hands of the people who built these companies — the reps.
Be hungry, be willing to learn, and I promise you will build your fortune.

I’ll never forget stepping off the plane for my first summer of sales with $300 to my name. There was no turning back, and every day was a test of faith, determination, and ambition. Each morning I reminded myself of the same four words: fortune favors the bold. Those three months changed the course of my life.
What began as a back-against-the-wall bet on myself became a career. Two companies and hundreds of millions of dollars in value later, I’ve learned that building companies which create generational opportunity is one of my callings. Outside of my faith and my family, nothing fulfills me more.
Now I want to find, mentor, and develop the next generation of leaders — people ready to seize this and change their lives the way I changed mine.
02Real equity
And then there’s the part nobody else offers.
Most sales companies rent you. You knock, they pay you for the sale, and when the summer ends, you both walk away owing each other nothing. Fortune is built differently. Build something here, and you can own a piece of what you built.
This isn’t a phantom equity plan, an LTIP, or a bonus dressed up as ownership. It’s a real share of what you help build, and it doesn’t vanish when the selling block ends.
Nobody gets it on day one. You earn into it by producing, by building the people around you, and by giving them the same opportunity you were given.
Your production can earn you more than a commission check. For qualifying reps, what you build can create ownership that lasts beyond the selling block.
Ownership is earned and subject to qualification. Your recruiter will walk you through exactly how it works.
03The opportunity
So how do I actually get ahead?
Coachable, competitive, and hungry. Our reps have something to prove.
Home service agreements, sold door-to-door in a territory of your own.
A summer. Early mornings, long evenings, and a lot of rejection. Are you capable of what it takes?
You’ll walk away a
This job is hard on purpose. Learn to hear “no” forty times and knock the forty-first door anyway, and there is not a room you can’t walk into for the rest of your life. That’s the real payout. The money is just the receipt.
04The mindset
fortis fortuna adiuvat — fortune favors the bold
Every summer, people who were told to go get a real job out-earn the friends who went and got one.
Holding a stranger’s attention at their front door is the same muscle that closes a room on Wall Street. The difference is you build it at twenty instead of thirty, and nobody asks where you went to school.
We don’t hire people who need permission. We hire the ones who are tired of being underestimated and want somewhere to prove it.
05Our standard
What we hold each other accountable to, and what we look for in new reps.
We don’t wait for permission or perfect conditions. We look for people who want it badly enough to be uncomfortable for a summer.
We tell each other the truth about the work, even when it stings. We look for people who can hear it and go fix it the same day.
We go hard on the days nobody would notice if we didn’t. We look for people who already live that way.
We look out for the people building beside us and we keep our word. We look for people who pull their weight and don’t disappear when it gets hard.
We say the real number — what sold, what missed, no spin. We look for people who are straight with the people counting on them.
We built this for people who’d rather be paid for what they produce than for showing up. We look for people ready to back themselves with no safety net.
06Next steps
Five things between you and your first knock. Most reps get through all of them in under two weeks.
